Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. It may take a short period for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

International Shipping

Oh MyGod offers international shipping where available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their destination country.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at suport@ohmydogpets.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Oh MyGod is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
