Returns & Refund Eligibility

At Oh MyGod, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• Free from signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

• Personal care or hygiene-related products once opened
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to improper use

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at suport@ohmydogpets.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
4. Share the tracking number once shipped

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
